Return & Refund Policy

You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original tags and packaging.

To start a return, email us at morecomforts1@gmail.com with your order number.

Please do not send anything back before your return is approved. If your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and return address by email.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

After we receive and check the returned item, we will let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method.

Returns may be refused if the item is worn, washed, damaged, missing tags, or sent back without approval.

If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us as soon as possible at morecomforts1@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.
